· The Senior Associate Manager for Sales Planning - Convenience will support Convenience national retailers (i.e. 7-Eleven, Circle K, Wawa, Casey's etc.), as well as the distributor network that not only supports those retailers, but also the many independent chains across the nation. The position is responsible for not only driving execution of in-year plans, but also for development out-year strategy (long term capacity planning, supply vetting, PPD plan development, etc.).
How you will contribute
· Be a liaison between the Customer Business Teams (CBTs) and Category planning, Customer Demand, and Brand teams to ensure that national strategies and tactics consider the needs of our channel/customers & vice versa (our strategies align with overall HQ strategy)
· Be the voice of the Convenience channel during cross functional forums, providing key feedback on what's working and what's not to drive out-year strategy
· Develop and manage reporting across multiple databases to arm CBTs with data they need to better manage their business
· Be the Convenience channel's SME on APEX (i.e. ensure CBTs APEX plans are aligned/accurately reflecting off-line forecasting tools)
· Dive into customer's APEX plans to identify gross revenue and trade gaps/opportunities then work closely with CBTs to refine their plans to help deliver against growth targets.
· Assist in the development and execution of key activations, inclusive of innovation, limited editions and PPDs

- Bachelor's Degree (4-year)
Job Specific Requirements
- Minimum of 5-7 years of business experience in sales, marketing, or related functions
- Highly developed analytical skillset a plus
- Convenience channel experience a plus
- Cross functional experience a plus
- TPM (APEX) experience a plus
- Excellent written, oral and negotiation skills
- Ability to juggle and deliver on multiple projects and priorities
- Ability to work independently and autonomously
The base salary range for this position is $95,100 to $130,800; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
