What You'll Be Doing: As a Team Leader, you'll play a key role in creating an environment where every team member feels valued, supported, and empowered to do their best work. - Client Communication: Serve as a main point of contact for clients and management, ensuring clear communication about project status, updates, and any challenges that may arise. You'll be proactive in keeping clients happy and well-informed.
- Safety First: You'll prioritize safety at all times, making sure the team, clients, and property are protected. You'll lead by example, ensuring everyone follows safety procedures and protocols.
- Problem Solving & Support: Handle any immediate employee concerns or disciplinary needs in alignment with company policies. You'll also help resolve any challenges that come up during projects, ensuring smooth operations.
- Payroll & Documentation: Ensure team member hours are accurately reported and documented in a timely manner for payroll processing. You'll also support other administrative needs as necessary.

- Education & Experience: High School diploma or equivalent required. Ideally, you have at least one year of supervisory experience and a passion for leadership and people development.
- Skills & Abilities: You're a natural leader who can inspire and manage a diverse team, solve problems on the fly, and communicate effectively with both your team and clients. You are organized, dependable, and able to juggle multiple tasks with a smile.
- Customer Service Mindset: Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills are essential. You understand that a happy, well-supported team leads to happy clients.
- Physical Requirements: This is an active role, involving physical tasks like lifting, moving, and walking in various weather conditions. You'll be moving and handling items, climbing stairs, and ensuring job sites are safe and clean.
What You'll Be Doing on the Job: You'll wear many hats and take charge of various responsibilities at job sites. Here's a quick snapshot of some of the key tasks you'll be overseeing:
- Job Sites: Communicate with the team, share client goals, and ensure safety protocols are followed. Oversee labor hours and make sure necessary tools and supplies are ready for the job.
- Packing/Moving: Ensure everything is properly labeled and inventoried. Lead the team in packing and moving items with care, coordinating with clients and management.
- Clean-Outs: Organize property contents for donation, trash, or recycling. Double-check that no area is overlooked during the clean-out process.
- Online Auction & Pickup: Help organize auction lots, take photos, write descriptions, and coordinate auction pickup days while ensuring property is protected.
