You will lead, train, and support daily activities, including preventive maintenance, equipment repairs, advanced troubleshooting, and parts procurement for process and packaging machinery. Ferring US is also Great Places to Work Certified, distinguishing it as one of the best companies to work for in the country.</span></span><span></span></div><div><span></span></div><div><b><span>Responsibilities:</span></b><span></span></div><div><ul><li>Serve as the primary contact for second and third shifts, overseeing daily maintenance of production equipment.</li><li>Support technicians in promptly resolving equipment breakdowns and technical issues to minimize downtime.</li><li>Perform and oversee maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of pharmaceutical manufacturing and packaging equipment.</li><li>Ensure compliance with GMP regulations, industry standards, and company policies, maintaining safety and operational excellence.</li><li>Lead and mentor the maintenance team, providing training and fostering adherence to quality and safety protocols.</li><li>Implement preventive maintenance schedules to enhance equipment reliability and prevent unexpected failures.</li><li>Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, inspections, and building operations for compliance and efficiency.</li><li>Manage mechanical parts and tools inventory to ensure availability and proper storage.</li><li>Collaborate with production and quality teams to address mechanical concerns and ensure seamless operations.</li><li>Conduct failure investigations, including root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).</li><li>Assist in writing deviations, change controls, SOP revisions, and providing technical expertise for engineering projects.</li><li>Support and perform validation activities, engineering tasks, and process improvements.</li><li>Monitor cleanroom and facility equipment, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with cleanroom standards.</li><li>Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs, parts procurement, and equipment upgrades.</li><li>Develop cross-training programs for mechanics on packaging and cleanroom equipment.</li><li>Program, maintain, and troubleshoot PLCs and process/environment monitoring systems.</li><li>Provide technical support for 24/6 manufacturing operations in a cGMP environment, with flexible shifts including weekends.</li><li>Respond to emergencies, ensurin
