This is a team-based role, which will require interaction with C-Suite executives and high level corporate real estate decision makers.<span>Clients and prospects include local companies with single locations up to global corporations with many diverse geographic locations across all asset classes.</span></span><span>This position will report to Senior Team Leader and the individual will be involved in all aspects of the evaluation, negotiation, and strategy development. A successful candidate must be articulate; detail-oriented and can directly interface with key client representatives.</span><ul><li><span>Attend JLL University ("JLLU") which is a 13-week training, development, and networking program specifically for our new Associate Brokers.</span></li></ul><ul><li><span>Support the senior brokers in initiating business development activities and taking initiative to outreach to new leads and converting calls to meetings</span></li><li><span>Work with senior brokers on new business proposals and create new business presentations.</span></li><li><span>Maintain and update the Brokerage Team's market research database and activities with JLL's CRM system</span></li></ul><ul><li><span>Work with senior brokers to develop materials for clients (e.g., lease comparisons, market overviews, prospect, or client presentations).</span></li></ul><ul><li><span>Shadow senior brokers in transaction negotiation, evaluation, and documentation.</span></li></ul><ul><li><span>Provide clients with industry and market specific information as it relates to their business and maintain contact information on prospects.</span></li></ul><ul><li><span>Contribute to designated local market research requests: market snapshots, market overviews, quarterly market decks, topic specific research to support pitches and brokerage opportunities.</span></li></ul><ul><li><span>Review and understand financial models, cash flow projections, and valuation models.</span></li></ul><span></span><span>An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualifications:</span><span>Required</span><ul><li><span>A minimum of 0 - 4 (+) years of commercial real estate or business-to-business sales experience</span></li></ul><ul><li><span>Demonstrable success in business development and sales production</span></li></ul><ul><li><span>Ability to analyse qualitative and quantitative information and translate into strategic deliverables</span></li></ul><span>Preferred</span><ul><li><span>State Real Estate License (must have within 90 days of hire)</span></li></ul><ul><li><span>Preferred previous experience in corporate real estate, consulting, or finance; understanding of real estate fundamentals is a plus</span></li></ul><span>Prefer a bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related</span><b><span>Estimated total compensation for this position:</span></b>75,000.00 - 75,000.00 USD per year<i><span>The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed.
