ICMs interact and work with Account Managers, vendors, and customers to maintain ongoing business in the IT infrastructure services and products arena through direct sales support of Account Managers. This position will partner and communicate with various internal teams to support Presidio's SLED customers.</span><span><strong></strong> <strong>Travel Requirements:</strong></span><span>This position may require up to 10% travel.</span><span><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></span><ul><li><span>Onboard and setup of new SLED customers</span></li><li><span>Maintain subject matter expertise in all areas of SLED contracts, including state/local contracts, ERate, and NASPO</span></li><li><span>Act as the primary internal point of contact for our customers in conjunction with account managers</span></li><li><span>Partner with SLED contracts team to ensure compliance with all public sector contract vehicle requirements</span></li><li><span>Attend customer meetings to strengthen existing relationships, forge new relationships to better understand customer objectives, and participate in the close-out of projects</span></li><li><span>Delegate customer report requests, run-rate quotes, and orders to appropriate internal resources.</span></li><li><span>Maintain Salesforce account data integrity to ensure customer account, contact, and project information is accurate and up-to-date</span></li><li><span>Work with Solution Architect to build Bills of Materials that meet customer requirements</span></li><li><span>Generate accurate quotes for solution business </span></li><li><span>Conduct forecasting and prospecting for run-rate business to understand future financial trends and opportunities in the run-rate space</span></li><li><span>Identify opportunities for cross-selling to the current customer base</span></li><li><span>Manage the registration process to ensure the best pricing possible for both Presidio and customers with input from the Account Manager and leveraging the Deals Desk</span></li><li><span>Partner with specific vendors to quickly and accurately source quotes. Leverage relationships with vendors through meeting attendance and communication to maintain awareness of promotions and vendor pricing programs</span></li></ul><span><strong>Required Skills: </strong></span><ul></ul><ul><li><span>Experience working with SLED customers/ accounts</span></li><li><span>Experience with ERate, and NASPO tools</span></li><li><span>Knowledge of IT infrastructure/solutions manufacturers in the enterprise space</span></li><li><span>Advanced knowledge of Microsoft software applications (excel, word, PowerPoint etc.)</span></li><li><span>Strong customer service skills with a continuous service orientation focus</span></li></ul><span><strong>Additional Desired Ski
