Job Description
Urgently Hiring Inventory Coordinator
- Verifies and keeps records on incoming and outgoing shipments and prepares items for shipment: Compares identifying information and counts, weighs, or measures items of incoming and outgoing shipments to verify information against bills of lading, invoices, orders, or other records.
- Determines method of shipment, utilizing knowledge of shipping procedures, routes, and rates.
- Utilizes UPS World Ship computer program for UPS packages, arranges other methods of shipment via approved Common Carriers or customer selected method of shipment.
- Examines outgoing shipments to ensure shipments meet specifications.
- Maintains inventory of shipping materials and supplies.
Requirements:
- Experience working with ERP systems, work order, and/or warehouse management systems.
- 3-5 years' experience working in high volume manufacturing warehouse environment.
- UPS World Ship knowledgeable.
- Valid Driver's License.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
