Job Summary:
The Quality Assurance Analyst supports organization with quality improvements efforts. Performs quality
audit checks, keeps control of quality check consistency, and analyses the quality audit results.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Performs SOX and QA audits and supports organization with internal and external audit activities.
- Supports the organization with initial compliance and ongoing preparation, testing and monitoring of
conformance to established quality assurance processes and standards.
- Under supervision may perform evaluation of internal controls, communications, risk assessments
and maintenance of documentation related to compliance, quality, and regulatory standards.
- With additional support identifies risk and evaluates deficiencies while working with internal
departments/business units to appropriately remedy them.
- Captures current challenges, desired outcomes, and recommendations.

Job Requirements
Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree
Minimum Work Experience (years): 1-3 years
Key Skills and Competencies:
- Good analytical skills
- Basic knowledge of quality tools and techniques including basic statistics.
- Basic knowledge of MS office components and Excel.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic project management skills is a plus.
