In digital marketing at PwC, you will focus on leveraging digital platforms and strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation for clients. Your work will involve managing social media campaigns, optimising website performance, and implementing data-driven marketing strategies.
Translating the vision, you set the tone, and inspire others to follow. Your role is crucial in driving business growth, shaping the direction of client engagements, and mentoring the next generation of leaders. The Opportunity
As part of the Marketing team you help us create the digital marketing channel strategy, governance of our Martech stack and Economic Buyer CX. As a Director you set the strategic direction and lead business development efforts, making impactful decisions and overseeing multiple projects while maintaining executive-level client relations. You are thoughtful and collaborative with a bias towards action, caring deeply about doing what's beneficial for our customers.
Responsibilities

What You Must Have
- High School Diploma
- 8 years of sales, marketing or PwC experience
What Sets You Apart
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Advertising, or Communications Studies/Speech Communication and Rhetoric preferred
- Demonstrating experience in an enterprise-level marketing automation platform (Eloqua, Marketing Cloud, Marketo) and CRM (Sales Cloud)
- Possessing audience segmentation/strategy experience
- Evaluating, enhancing and elevating campaign performance
- Leading, managing and coaching top-performing resources
- Understanding of the marketing technology landscape and experience with relevant digital marketing technologies
- Developing and managing digital marketing strategies and data-driven marketing campaigns
- Thinking strategically about business, marketing and technical challenges
- Possessing project management skills including the ability to prioritize, sequence, execute and deliver projects on time and on budget

The salary range for this position is: $122,500 - $495,500, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
