The opportunity
The Director, Operations, Biosimilar Account Management will be a critical leadership role within US Biosimilars responsible for proactively enabling strategy, enhancing alignment and execution, and driving operational excellence.
How you'll spend your day

- Responsible for leading key commercial initiatives across Brand, National Accounts, BRAMs, Market Access, Specialty Pharmacy and Trade Relations and is an important cross-functional business partner to Training, Pricing & Contracting, Legal, Compliance, BD, Global Biosimilars, HR, Regulatory and IT.
- Provides strategic recommendations for program and operational improvements and efficiencies in support of the biosimilars success across commercial.
- Develop and manage a process for measuring and reporting progress on high-priority initiatives and programs across the Leadership Team
- Creates process, coordinates, and tracks launch planning process for new assets cross-functionally
- Collaborate with Leadership Team to lead a consistent framework for annual biosimilar planning process
- Well-versed in compliance, regulatory, and legal policies for reimbursement, product coverage across channels and payers
- Responsible for leading, developing, and coaching team members within organization.
- Create and maintain a culture of high-performance with integrity and compliance.

Your experience and qualifications
Any equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience that fulfills the requirements of the position will be considered.
Education/Certification/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of Biotech / Pharma experience
- Breadth of experience across multiple Commercial functions (e.g. - Account Management, Sales, Marketing, Operations & Analytics, Market Access)
- Previous people management experience

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Approximately 30 - 50% travel throughout the US, which may include weekend and overnight travel.
