<strong>Overview</strong><span>Regional Cancer Care Associates (RCCA) is looking for an exceptional Oncology Liaison Sr to join the team. This position is a sales leader responsible for prospecting, nurturing, and maintaining relationships with referring physicians to achieve practice growth goals. The Oncology Liaison Sr. is an expert in all aspects of sales planning, analysis, targeting, reporting, and development of their respective territory and the overall practice.</span> <span>Employment Type: Full Time</span><span>Location: Riverdale and Sparta NJ</span> <span>As of the date of this posting, RCCA offers a comprehensive benefits package for this position, subject to eligibility requirements. In addition to the salary, we provide: Health, dental, and vision plans, Wellness program, Health savings account - Flexible spending accounts, 401(k) retirement plan, Life insurance, Short-term disability insurance, Long-term disability insurance, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Paid Time Off (PTO) and holiday pay, Tuition discounts with numerous universities, Employee-paid critical illness and accident insurance. </span><span> </span><span>We believe these benefits underscore our commitment to the well-being and professional growth of our employees.</span> <br><strong> Responsibilities </strong><ul><li><span>Initiate, engage and work collaboratively with operational leaders, physicians, site managers, and practice staff to understand/evaluate business needs, plan and execute sales and marketing strategies which align with practice goals; seen as expert in field of oncology liaison sales</span><br><span>Strategically use professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues and ensure feedback is communicated/followed up appropriately.</span></li><li><span>Initiate, establish and maintain ongoing communications with referring physicians and/or their office staff, including peer-to-peer, routine or follow-up visits, emails, and phone calls</span></li><li><span>Develop and implement practice growth strategy in core markets and partner with Practice Marketing to implement the selling approach in each market</span></li><li><span>Utilize CRM, market analysis, trends, and performance reporting to develop sales plans and track practice growth</span></li><li><span>Support practice growth efforts through effectively engaging physicians and resources through practice visits, sales calls, tumor boards, community events, trade-shows and cross-business collaboration</span></li><li><span>May have supervisory responsibility to train/mentor other Oncology Liaisons</span></li><li><span>Adhere to liaison administrative duties, including managing travel expenses within guidelines and budget, timely completion of expense reports, and use of tools such as Salesforce and Business Objects</span></li><li><span>The Oncology Liaison Sr. supports and adheres to the US Oncology Compliance Program, including the Code of Ethics and Business Standards and Shared Values.</span></li></ul> <br><strong> Qualifications </strong><ul><li><span>4-year undergraduate degree required, preferably with an emphasis in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, or Healthcare.
