<strong>Overview</strong>This is a remote role that may only be hired in the following locations: <span>Morristown, NJ, Portsmouth, NH, or Raleigh, NC</span> We are seeking a highly motivated senior-level Salesforce Developer to join our team and grow their career in a fast-paced environment supporting the Equipment Finance division at First Citizens Bank.This position will improve and enhance 2 Salesforce Unlimited Edition (Sales Cloud) instances by working directly with Team Leads, Administrators, and Business Partners to design, develop and deploy solutions that fulfill business requirements, meet project deadlines, conform to best practices, and align with company goals. <br><strong>Responsibilities</strong><ul><li>System Enhancement - Leads team efforts to evaluate and improve department systems, processes, and applications. Utilizes programming specifications to construct modules, develop testing methods, and assists with designing training materials. Designs and executes test plans to validate application functions. Designs modifications that fit within existing system architecture.</li><li>Business Support - Provides technical support to production systems by addressing complex issues, anticipating maintenance requirements, and ensuring functionality for end user needs. Develops technical solutions to unique system problems. Leads major projects, delegates tasks, and ensures quality results.</li><li>Technical Expertise - Utilizes expertise to mentor and train associates within the work group. Participates in special projects and meetings as needed to convey critical technical insight. Serves as a technical resource for management, associates, and business units.</li><li>Data Analysis - Collects data related to user requests and determines scope, time estimates, and system impacts. Inspects business specifications, programming specifications, coding, test plans, documentation, and implementation plans for accuracy.</li><li>Provides 24/7 on call rotations</li></ul> <br><strong>Qualifications</strong>Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Software application development and maintenance OR High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in Software application development and maintenance Preferred:<ul><li>5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer</li><li>Salesforce.com Admin Certification (ADM201) required; Platform Developer (PD1) strongly preferred; Sales Cloud Consultant preferred</li><li>Deep knowledge of Sales Cloud</li><li>Substantial, real-world experience with the following:<ul><li>Understanding and experience with all Salesforce Administration for user, data, object, security, and process automation</li><li>Apex programming for Trigger, Batch, Controllers, Caching, Future and more</li><li>UI Development with VisualForce, Aura, LWC</li><li>Best practice design patterns for batch and real-time integrations with Salesforce</li><li>Platform Events, OAuth2, SSO, Outlook integration</li><li>SOQL and SOSL development. Experience with T-SQL would be helpful</li><li>Understanding of when and why to use configuration versus code-based designs</li><li>DevOps and CI/CD technologies like VS Code, Git, Azure, Ant, Change Sets</li></ul></li><li>Ability to document and demonstrate solutions by developing technical design documents, architecture patterns, flowcharts, layouts, software related diagrams, code comments and clear code</li><li>Strong communications skills and a consultative mindset</li><li>Excellent troubleshooting and problem resolution skills with a demonstrated ability to quickly analyze and resolve issues</li><li>Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tooling (JIRA, Azure)</li><li>Exposure to MuleSoft or other ESB technologies is preferred</li><li>Financial institution technology experience, especially in Commercial Lending, is preferred</li></ul><span> #LI-XG1</span>Benefits are an integral part of total rewards and F
