Knowledge of medical terminology. Associatesdegree in Health Information Management preferred</span></span></li></ul><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif"><b>Mandatory skills/certification(s) Requirement:</b></span></span><ul><li><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">Certification as a Registered Health Information Technician by AHIMA. Associates degree in Health Information management</span></span></li></ul><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif"><b>Desired Skills</b>:</span></span><ul><li><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">Able to code diagnosis and services rendered from paper charts using ICD and CPT nomenclature. Knowledge of Health Information Management</span></span></li></ul><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif"><b>Role &Responsibilities:</b></span></span><ul><li><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">Code diagnosis and services using ICD and CPT nomenclature and classification. </span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">Handle or process request for medical record information.</span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">Code diagnosis and services from the chart using ICD and CPT nomenclature and classification. </span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">Quantitative analysis of discharged chart for Completeness. </span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">Copy records to respond to request for patient's Health information with required proof. </span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">Assemble large amount of documents in a Cpecific order, keep information confidential. </span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">Must be able to answer questions clearly and respond to phone calls.
