<div><div>As a member of the <b>Bioprocessing Corporate Account Management (CAM)</b> team, you will provide global guidance to <b>Ecolab's </b>strategic accounts selling <b>Purolite</b> resins. As the <b>Corporate Account Manager, </b>you will understand your clients on a global level, develop an account strategy, based on that understanding and our offerings. Attend quarterly earnings calls, read investor/company updates, read annual reports, etc.</li><li>Know the global sites, particularly process development and biologics manufacturing sites.</li><li>Know the key company initiatives for the key account.</li><li>Map the key decision makers across the global network.</li><li>Develop company-specific account initiatives, based on Ecolab's Purolite resins goals and capabilities linked to the account initiatives.</li><li>Develop a global communication plan for each account.</li><li>Engage with the broader Ecolab divisions to broaden relationships.</li><li>Continue to drive Purolite resin mindshare within the account.</li><li>Articulate the revenue, funnel, and opportunities.</li><li>Keep current a global presentation deck</li><li>Primary region for this role is the Mid-Atlantic region; the role is remote and will require 50% travel there regularly as well as international travel.</li><li>Car allowance provided.</li></ul><b>Minimum Qualifications</b><ul><li>Bachelor's degree</li><li>5 years relevant experience in a biotechnology or bioprocessing business development role</li><li>5 years' experience negotiating complex contracts and MSA's.</li><li>Operational understanding of CRMs.</li></ul><b>Preferred Qualifications</b><ul><li>Science and business background preferred.</li><li>2 years of experience selling resins, particularly in downstream process development.</li><li>7 years relevant experience in a biotech or bioprocessing business development role.</li><li>Experience negotiating MSAs or multi-site contracts.</li><li>Experience running or managing multi-disciplinary teams.</li></ul></div><div><div><div><div><span><span>#LI-Remote</span></span></div></div></div></div></div><b>Annual or Hourly Compensation Range:</b>Job Posting Pay or Compensation Range Total compensation range is $207,700 - $311,500. This position has base salary and is eligible for incentive compensation based on performance, per plan terms.Annual or Hourly Compensation Range is based on full-time 40 hours per week. Ecolab in good faith anticipates it will pay within the posted range.
