Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Direct ABA Services: Offer one-on-one,evidence-based interventionsto support the development of children with Autism, focusing on increasing independence and positive behaviors.
- Collaborate with a Clinical Team: Work alongside a dedicated group of professionals to implement individualized care plans that focus on skill-building and growth.
- Track Progress: Use electronic devices toaccurately record session dataand monitor each child-s development and progress.
- Create Positive Learning Environments: Build strong relationships with children and their families to foster asupportive, nurturing atmospherethat promotes success.
What We-re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Passion for learningand a desire to make a difference in the lives of children with Autism.
- A background or interest inpsychology or education-whether you-re studying or have studied these fields, you-re a great fit!
- Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
- Willingness to complete a40-hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training(we provide this!).
- A6-month commitmentto support our clients and help them succeed.
