Avidd strongly believes in fostering independence and teaching life skills.We are actively seeking a Full Time Assistant Residential Manager for our residential home in Wharton serving individuals with physical and intellectual disabilities.This position assists the Group Home Manager in the supervision of staff, provides care to the clients based on their level of need, reviews MARs and Electronic Health Record ISP data, and assists in the running and managing of the physical home.
