This role will report into the VP, IT & Shared Services Business Office, with a functional reporting line to the North America and Latin America regional leaders. This role is crucial in shaping the future of our regional organization by leading technology foundational and transformation initiatives for growth and operational excellence. The candidate will work across a team of IT business, functional and technology partners and work with regional and global teams to provide technology solutions to the region aligned to regional and enterprise strategies and roadmaps.
This role will sit hybrid in our Parsippany, NJ office
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Accountable as the IT leader for the North America (US and Canada) and LATAM regions (Mexico, Brazil) and a member of the regional leadership teams.
- Act as a strategic partner and advisor to the regional business leaders, understanding their needs and challenges and providing them with effective and efficient IT solutions.
- Collaborate with global IT leadership, regional business leaders, and external partners to align the regional IT strategy and roadmap with the business goals and the global IT vision.
- Act as main POC to drive and co-ordinate local IT needs
- Prioritize IT initiatives based on business value, feasibility, and alignment with the regional and global IT strategy and roadmap.
- Provide stakeholders with regular updates, insights, and recommendations on the IT strategy, roadmap, portfolio, and performance.
- Elicit stakeholder feedback and inputs to ensure that the IT solutions are aligned with their expectations and needs.
- Work together with the global IT teams to support the regional implementation of global solutions, while ensuring regional needs are addressed.
- Ensure that the IT services are reliable, available, and secure, meeting the service level agreements and customer satisfaction targets.
- Scope, sequence, and track/monitor regional IT projects.
- Drive change management and communications associated with process and technology implementations to maximize user adoption.
- Able to travel internationally up to 10%.
Basic Requirements:
- BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical discipline required
- Proven experience in developing and implementing digital strategies that drive business growth and innovation.
- 8+ years of IT operational leadership experience in the relevant regions.
- 5+ years of experience managing third-party consultants and service providers.
- Must have experience working with global multi-cultural teams.
- ERP experience.
- Experience with project-based resource allocation.
- Experience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies.
- Experience working with a variety of third-party technical & process organizations to achieve business goals.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
Preferred Requirements:
- Project management certification preferred.
- Training / certification in Six Sigma and/or Lean highly desirable.
- Understanding of IT finance and accounting principles.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Superior analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities.
- SAP experience preferred.
