Link Solutions is seeking an IT Program Manager (Senior-Level) to join our team at the Picatinny Arsenal in Wharton, NJ.

- Must possess a DoD Secret Security Clearance
The IT Program Manager will be responsible for overall program operations and providing oversight of a variety of tasks and activities including technical and engineering support, cyber security, IT operations, CAD, telecommunications, and system administration for the operations, maintenance, and sustainment for existing and new government IT systems. The Manager will oversee our team and work closely with our government customers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as the overall program manager and primary interface with customers.
- Serve as the technical program lead for all performance areas of delivery.
- Maintain overall responsibility for the delivery team.
- Provide daily supervision and direction to personnel across all functional areas of delivery.
- Manage, coordinate, and track work across all functional areas of delivery.
- Plan and implement large-scale projects with no impact on daily operations.
- Serve as the senior technical subject matter expert across all functional performance areas.
- Analyze and propose ideas, suggestions, and improvements relating to customer support.
- Review and evaluate personnel work and prepare performance reports.

- DoD Secret clearance
- Experience leading programs of 30+ technical staff.
- Management experience in the IT field (Combined technical and project).
- Experience as a Project Manager in an IT Enterprise Management and help desk-centric environment.
- Experience in information technology that includes areas such as desktop hardware, operating systems, office productivity software, computer networking-Local Area Network (LAN) /Wide Area Network (WAN), servers, SharePoint, virtual machines, and video teleconferencing.
Preferred:
- BA/BS degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Program Management Plus (PMP) certification or Certified Associate Project Manager.
- Experience providing DoD organizations with technical editing support.
- Experience managing government programs.
- Experience in scheduling, managing document reviews, and development of technical documents for the DoD.
- Experience working in a Department of Defense (DoD) environment.
- Knowledgeable in Army Network Enterprise Center operations.
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to demonstrate strong attention to detail.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent analytical, quantitative, and organizational skills.
