The opportunity
The position plays a crucial role in analyzing digital data and supporting Teva's Innovative Medicines in US Commercial organization. The Sr Mgr Digital Analytics synthesizes data from multiple digital channels, analyze and interpret data to create actionable insights, and optimize digital marketing performance. The candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders and vendors.
How you'll spend your day

- Consolidate digital data sets from various sources (Display, paid search, email, website, etc.) across customer groups (HCPs, patients, etc.)
- Synthesis insights from various datasets such as IQVIA subnational data and digital data across customer groups (e.g., HCP segment, HCP Quintile, etc.) and develop actional recommendation to brand team.
- Perform marketing program return on investment analysis and provide recommendation on resource optimization
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy and consistency
- Summarize key metrics for presentation and dashboard
- Communicate key findings to different levels of the organization and drive optimization of digital strategy
- Provide critical inputs into business planning and resource optimization
Your experience and qualifications
Any equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience that fulfills the requirements of the position will be considered.
Education/Certification/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree required, master's degree preferred, in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, etc.
- Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical or healthcare industry experience in commercial analytics / digital analytics (Data Analytics and Consulting encouraged to apply).
- Preferred Experience:
o Experience with web analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.).
o Extensive experience with digital media agencies
o Experience with cloud services: Azure, AWS
o Experience with large scale database applications (Oracle, SAP, SQL)
o Experience in automating analysis and authoring pipelines based on ETL framework
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:
- Understanding of pharmaceutical landscape and the commercial data and analytic needs
- Understanding of digital marketing landscape
- Proven ability to communicate complex ideas, insights, and analytical proficiency into meaningful conclusions to internal and external stakeholders
- Skilled in Python for data analysis and modeling
- Strong SQL skills for data manipulation, aggregation, and optimization.
- Proven ability in bringing structure to ambiguous problems and deriving insights from multiple data and information sources
- Strong data curiosity, analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong inter-personal skills and team player
- Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and generate innovative solutions in a fast-paced and multi-tasks environment.
- Proven ability to successfully lead complex cross-functional projects
