Job Description
The Member Services Representative is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Welcome Center services and systems at the Madison Area YMCA. This position serves our members and guests, answers member questions and performs various clerical duties.
Available shifts: Afternoons, Evenings, and Weekends
Duties include but are not limited to:
Greet and check-in all members and guests.
Provide accurate information on the Y's programs and services.
Serve as a liaison between members and program directors.
Sell and process memberships and programs.
Provide facility tours.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Prior customer service experience.
Enjoy, be skilled at, and understanding the importance of building relationships with people.
Experience with computers.
Ability to effectively communicate and problem solve.
18 years of age or older.
