As Strategy Director for Data Solutions - Strategy, Operations, and Innovation Team, you will partner closely with ADP executives to define, communicate, and drive ADP's data strategy, measure value realization from our data and AI efforts, and play a central role in delivering our AI and other data initiatives - all at the most exciting of times - an inflection point for enterprise AI. With data on the 30+ million US workers we pay (nearly 20% of the private US workforce), ADP is in a unique position to create market and customer value from our data foundation.
No two days are the same. You will identify new opportunities, estimate value from products and/or partnerships, collaborate with domain leaders to enable execution, and track impact across functions. Your role is critical to the Strategy, Operations, and Innovation team, meaning you will have both broad exposure and impact and the ability to dive deep and execute individual projects.

What you'll do:
Here's what you can expect on a typical day:
- Help devise and communicate ADP's data and AI strategy and operational plans.
- Partner with BU leaders, Product, Sales, Data Science, Engineering, and more to drive the planning and implementation of strategic data and AI initiatives.
- Conduct in-depth market and competitive assessments on the use of AI and Analytics in Financial Services, Data, and HR Tech companies to identify opportunities and risks.
- Partner with executives to identify new data and AI strategies and initiatives as well as continuously shape existing ones.
- Evaluate and track value created from various Data and AI initiatives to ensure real-world impact of cutting-edge solutions.
Experience. You have 10+ years of experience in relevant skills gained and developed in the same or similar role.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:
- 5+ years of corporate or product strategy experience at a technology company or top-tier consulting firm, including roles in competitive intelligence, market intelligence, or market research.
- Demonstrated experience researching industry trends, usage analytics, and competitive dynamics and proven experience applying this information to product strategy and roadmap.
- You thrive on owning a problem lifecycle and have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills. Experience presenting to senior leaders.
- Strong experience collaborating with multiple functions/organizations.
- You'll have a Bachelor's degree, or equivalent.
For additional comfortability in the role:
- MBA or advanced technical degree, including data science, computer science, electrical engineering, economics, finance, etc.

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. The compensation for this role is $102,100.00 - $273,150.00 / Year
