Job Description
A Product Performance Evaluator role in Morris Plains, NJ is now available through Adecco Healthcare and Life Science. In this position, you will conduct product performance testing in color cosmetics and skin care using visual grading and instrumental methods. Provide support to recruit, schedule, and maintain local area panel database. Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver results in an efficient and timely manner. Coordinate and execute administrative tasks to support on-site clinical and consumer panel testing. This is a minimum 9-month temp/contract role starting in January 2025. The work hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm. The pay range for this position is $25.00-$30.00/hr. - depending on your level of experience.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Partner with cross functional team members to drive consistency in product evaluations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for panelist questions/concerns
- Instruct subjects in product application as necessary to drive robustness in evaluations
- Ensure subjects are advised of and comply with study procedures
- Prepare study documents
- Execute product performance studies leveraging software package for panelist management. Tasks include:
- Recruiting and scheduling panelists
- Monitoring study progress
- Drafting questionnaires
- Analyzing data and reporting results
- Maintain & grow panelists database
- Create and maintain study records including all relevant documents (e.g., test request forms, subjects' screeners, etc.
- Support team with study scheduling
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong interpersonal skills; excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong data interpretation skills and the ability to use the commercial software for basic statistical analysis.
- Ability to work independently and exhibit strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work on multiple projects across different product categories.
- The ability to think critically and proactively, offer innovative and creative solutions to improve methods, approaches and/or capabilities is essential.
- Cosmetology background a plus.
- Experience in clinical and consumer testing and claims support a plus.

Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
