Putting people first, strengthening our workplace culture, and ensuring that it is a safe, </span><span>equitable</span><span>, and welcoming place to work is a priority at Ferring, and it always will be.</span></span><span></span></div><div></div><div><span></span>As the <b>Medical Outcomes Value Liaison </b>you will lead the medical interface with key access customers in a field-facing role.</div><div><b>Responsibilities<i>:</i></b><b>Identifies and communicates scientific, clinical, health outcomes and pharmacoeconomic research information that meet the needs of population health decision makers: </b><ul><li>Proactively engages with external scientific experts and health care access decision makers, influencers, executives and designates (e.g., pharmacy, medical, quality, value assessment, etc.) to provide clinical and health outcome-based information for all portfolio and pipeline products to inform access and reimbursement decisions.</li><li>Reactively responds to unsolicited requests for medical information from Market Access personnel in a timely manner and subsequently engages in scientific exchange with payor audiences as appropriate to address inquiries.</li><li>Communicates and disseminates scientific and health economics information to national and regional payor audiences, including pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs), specialty pharmacy providers (SPPs) and accountable care organizations (ACOs) leveraging their scientific expertise, experience, and knowledge of managed care to achieve desired access goals.</li><li>Delivers current disease state literature, tailored scientific and pharmacoeconomic data, health policy changes and trends, new data on company products and competitors, and methodologies for generating health economics and real-world evidence.</li><li>Provides comprehensive, accurate, fair balanced, objective, and scientifically rigorous product and disease state information, health outcomes and real-world evidence to payor audiences both in person and virtually.</li></ul><b>Anticipates and capitalizes on opportunities with existing and new health outcomes thought leaders:</b><ul><li>Cultivates relationships with identified payer opinion leaders and payer influencers in practice and/or academia to discuss therapeutic areas important to Ferring.</li><li>Maintains relationships with external experts and thought leaders to ensure up to date awareness and education in health economics and quality of life research.</li><li>Provides input into the development and implementation of disease management education programs and tools for use with customers.</li><li>Develops enduring partnerships with internal colleagues and customer decision-makers, scientific experts, and key influencers.</li><li>Brings value to customers by leveraging the expertise of colleagues, when relevant, to discussions and responses to customer
