SALESFORCE DATA STEWARD
OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Salesforce Data Steward to maintain and optimize data quality within the Salesforce ecosystem. This role involves ensuring data accuracy, implementing governance best practices, and providing insights through reporting and analysis. This role is ideal for a data-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving complex data challenges.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor and enhance data quality within Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud)
- Analyze data flows, trends, and inconsistencies to optimize business processes.
- Maintain reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure data integrity across interconnected systems.
- Develop documentation, training materials, and best practices for data governance.
- Support Master Data Management initiatives to maintain data accuracy and consistency.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree required (Sales Operations, Data Analytics, or related field preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, or reporting, preferably in Sales, Marketing, or Customer Operations.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce data structures, reporting tools, and standard objects (Leads, Accounts, Opportunities).
- Understanding of data quality, governance, and Master Data Management (MDM) principles.
- Experience with integrated platforms (CPQ, ERP, marketing automation) that impact Salesforce data is a plus.
- Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Associate) are a plus.
