What You-ll Do
- Work one-on-one with children to help them learn and develop new skills.
- Follow care plans created by a supervisor to teach positive behaviors and independence.
- Record data during sessions to track progress.
- Work in the child-s home or community in a fun, supportive environment.
What We-re Looking For
- Education Background:Teachers, teacher-s assistants, paraprofessionals, or anyone with experience working with children.
- Qualifications:A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Passion:You love working with kids and want to make a difference.
- Patience and Kindness:You can stay calm and supportive, even during challenges.
Important Details
- Part-Time Only:Most roles are in the afternoons and evenings.
- Training Required:You-ll need to complete a 40-hour online course to become an RBT (we-ll help you!).
- Commitment:We-re looking for someone who can stay with us for at least six months.
