HR Specialist
Statesboro, GA
$25-$27/Hour
ON-SITE
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and compliance reporting (OFCCP).
- Maintain employee records and process job/employee status changes.
- Plan and facilitate training programs aligned with company policies.
- Assist with employee relations, HR documentation, and vendor communication.
- Conduct new hire orientation and ensure policy compliance.
- Support safety initiatives, audits, and compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Develop reports, analyze HR data, and support leadership decision-making.
- Assist with employee recognition programs and community engagement activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (Workday, ADP, ATS, etc.) and Google Suite.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
- Experience with OSHA regulations and workplace safety programs is a plus.
