BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate opening for a Divisional Client Services Manager supporting our Assistive Care offices (6) in New Jersey. As the Divisional Client Services Manager, you will be exposed to a variety of developmental opportunities as you support our Assistive Care Offices. Though the nature of this role is autonomous, you will work with a highly collaborative and interactive approach.
Key Responsibilities:
The key responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
- Onboard and train newly hired Client Services Managers and Client Services Associates in all Assistive Care Offices in New Jersey.
- Act as a subject matter expert and a resource for ongoing support and education to the CSMs and Associates.
- Provide Client Service Management role coverage to the Division Offices during vacancies, vacation coverage or other situations that necessitate additional support.
- Travel throughout the state of New Jersey.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Ability to travel 60-100% of the time on a weekly basis, including possible overnight stays.
- Demonstrated success as a Client Services Manager.
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
- Subject matter expertise in all Client Service Manager responsibilities.
- Experience in training and mentoring staff is strongly preferred.
- Home Care experience strongly preferred.
