ADP is hiring a Benefits Specialist.

In this role, you will combine your analytic and project management skills with your ability to simplify complex information, helping ADP clients develop the skills and confidence to use our products with ease. You'll ensure platform configuration and readiness to support clients through their annual enrollment set-up processes, coordinating ADP resources as necessary.
You will spend most of your day engaging in hands-on configuration and related activities for benefits portal administration, ensuring all project activities are accomplished on time and as required.
To thrive in this role, you should be self-motivated, able to work independently, and maintain control of your projects and workload. Your strong communication skills and attention to detail will help you deliver a comprehensive solution and support less-experienced specialists on the team.

What you'll do: Responsibilities
What you can expect on a typical day:
- Implement ADP Technologies. You will review Insurance documents to build group benefit portals and conduct a training/welcome call with new clients for successful onboarding.
- Onboard Clients. You'll help clients develop the skills and confidence to use our insurance product with ease through your expertise, test plan, and relationship-building. To deliver a comprehensive solution, you will consult with clients and analyze existing systems, interface requirements, and business processes.
- You will provide consultation and help answer non-technical questions supporting less-experienced specialists on the team. You'll also lead workflows and determine procedures for the group as appropriate.
- You will mentor and lead less-experienced specialists on the team. You will learn and navigate ADP systems to resolve issues.
- Partner Internally. You will interact/collaborate with ADP associates in sales and client service. You will exchange routine information with members of the client project team, including priorities, timeliness, and issues as they arise.
- Multi-Task & Communicate. You will work on multiple time-sensitive follow-ups/projects at the same time. You will share essential information with clients and internally.
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Requirements
- Must have or receive a Life & Health insurance producer license, maintain all required insurance licenses, and complete required appropriate continuing education courses.
- 3+ years of previous experience
A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. Other acceptable experiences could include:
- Experience noted above, OR

- 1-3 years of relevant insurance industry experience
- Strong client relationship and interpersonal skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve client complaints
- Ability to demonstrate learning agility.
- Ability to learn and apply basic concepts in new situations
- Organizational skills including the ability to multi-task, set priorities, and follow up in a timely manner
- Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment as well as work independently and make sound decisions
