Job Description
The HR Tech Analyst Intern responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Focus on system configuration and testing that will allow the selected intern to gain experience with real-world ERP design, build, and enhancements.
- Participate in data validation and reporting tasks which will provide the opportunity develop analytical via Oracle's Reporting and Analytics tool OTBI and Microsoft Excel.
- Leverage reports from Oracle's Reporting and Analytics tool OTBI to cleanse data.
- Participate integration and security projects to provide a broader technical landscape of Oracle HCM and Atlantic Health.
- Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) / Knowledge Articles to documentation best practices and steps for end-user support, reinforcing knowledge retention and best practices.
- Be introduced to automation and scripting where applicable to help reduce manual tasks and promote efficiency via Python, SQL, and or Oracle Data Management tools like HDL (Data Loaders).
- Receive exposure to Oracle's My Learn platform and review available industry driving certifications.
- Support the stabilization phase of the AtlanticHub project. Participating in the tasks to support stabilization.
- 2025 Strategic HR Solutions Roadmap: Align strategy to goal and vision. Including knowledge transfer, growth, and special business needs.
- Create a KT mechanism and repository to store KT documentation. Participate in testing, analysis and documenting results.
- Applicants must be currently enrolled in a full-time accredited undergraduate or graduate program at a public or private College/University, and be in good academic standing at their institution
- Must be committed to completing the duration of the internship from June 2025 - August 2025
- Work 37.5 hours per week and commit to a minimum of 375 hours for the duration of the internship
- Ideally pursing a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, STEM or a similarly related field.
- US Citizen or permanent resident
- Strong communication skills
