Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor with experience in manufacturing leadership and strong communication skills. The ideal candidate will oversee a workforce of 50+ machine operators and production workers, including two direct team leaders. The goal is to manage this team to meet daily production targets efficiently and safely.
Responsibilities
- Direct and motivate the manufacturing workforce to produce high-quality products efficiently and safely.
- Ensure scheduling meets business and customer needs.
- Supervise and develop an effective team, including performance appraisals, staffing, and training.
- Ensure compliance with EHS regulations and company policies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues to minimize costs and prevent delays.
- Skills & Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available)
- Experience supervising in a manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with TPM, Synchronous Manufacturing
- Strong team-building and organizational skills

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $95000.00/yr.
