You will join one of the largest transformations within Mondelēz, ensuring successful implementation of new SAP S/4HANA and o9 information systems.
The S4/o9 Transformation is a multiyear journey and provides a significant opportunity to transform and optimize business capabilities in service of our Vision 2030. As a team we are designing a global blueprint that we will then deploy in each of Mondelez's 4 regions.
You will oversee the successful delivery of a portfolio of projects in the Commercial and Value Delivery workstreams. You prioritize projects and resources to ensure objectives are met. You may also manage some project(s).
Job Responsibilities
- Drive consistency and quality in the execution of projects using the appropriate methodology and tools.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project-level risks and escalate them to global leads and/ or the program manager when needed.
- Provide project reporting and status updates using scorecards, status reports and monthly review meetings and leading stakeholder meetings.
- Lead budget management, resource planning and utilization
- Confirm the completion and consistency of projects and their readiness to go live.
- Own the relationship with the external vendors including quality assurance in all phases of project delivery.
- Partner with the Organizational Change Management team, Regional Commercial Leads, and MDS to create a unified plan for Commercial deployment.
- Support the Value Realization Office to develop, track and manage the value commitments of the program.
Candidate Profile

What you will bring
A desire to lead the future for our company and accelerate you career with experience and knowledge in:
- Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience in Program Management, with a focus on Commercial transformation. Experience with TPM preferred.
- Skills: Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Certifications : Relevant certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are preferred.
- Mindset: A strategic thinker with a collaborative approach, who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment. A passion for driving sustainable change and achieving impactful outcomes.

Education / Certifications:
