Job Description:
- Perform code review, complies with project budget + schedule
- Select, evaluate + implement design components used in projects
- Evaluate existing conditions - formulates response to challenges
- Responsible for significant aspects of larger project, responsible for work on smaller projects
- Responsible for daily design and technical development of project
- Responsible to supervise/produce Construction Documents through CAD and BIM
- Coordination and QA/QC of consultants' work
- Construction Administration for select projects
- Advanced knowledge of construction techniques and material selection
- Maintain project files (multiple projects at the same time)
- Documentation + Communication of specific project tasks (to client + team)
- Comply with internal project budgets (team hours)
- Design/implement project scope of work, comply with schedule
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10+ years of experience
- Licensed preferred
