Job Description
As a Sr Account Manager here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in managing key accounts and driving revenue growth of our research chemicals. Your expertise in building strong customer relationships and providing tailored solutions will contribute to the company's success and market guidance.
Thus is a remote role located in Morris Plains, New Jersey.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for customer relationships
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understand their business needs, and provide tailored solutions
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and work with cross-functional teams to deliver value-added solutions
- Guide contract negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction through effective account management
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous growth
- Provide mentorship and guidance to account managers and sales teams
COMPENSATION
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Connecticut, and Hawaii is 105k-132k. For Washington and most major metropolitan areas in New York & California, the annual base salary range is 105k-132k. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. This position is incentive plan eligible.

- 5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or similar role
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
