This individual will serve a key function in coordinating and assisting human resource partners in the recruiting process as well as supporting Talent Acquisition reporting, compliance and program efforts. In this role, you will have the opportunity to interface with human resources partners firm-wide to provide coordinative support that drives fulfillment of business objectives.Job ResponsibilitiesCoordinate student and professional job postings on the internal and external website; conduct job posting compliance processes and ensure state, local, vocational/rehabilitation, veteran, and disability job posting sites and records are up-to-date;Assist with the management of the Employee Referral Program; create memos to employees, process check requests, and maintain records on spreadsheets;Manage the careers email inbox and candidate inquiries;Support manual reporting processes including data gathering, updating, and auditing;Support recruiters with reviewing resumes, sourcing candidates, and conducting phone interviews for professional hires;Schedule office interviews, conduct office tours, process candidate travel expense reimbursements, conduct reference checks, and prepare offer letters;Assist and provide back-up to recruiters and senior recruiting coordinators, as needed; andPerform other duties as requested.QualificationsBachelor's Degree, coursework relating to HR a plus. HR degree preferred;1+ years of HR experience, talent acquisition experience preferred;Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; HR database programs and/or Applicant Tracking Systems a plus;High caliber of self-motivation;Superior interpersonal skills, positive demeanor and ability to work well within groups; Excellent customer service and diplomacy skills;Strong verbal and written communication skills;Ability to work independently, remain flexible, and handle multiple priorities in a fast- paced environment;High level of attention to detail and organization;Sound judgment capability and high level of confidentiality; andStrong problem solving and analytical skills.Langan provides a rich array of programs and benefits to help its employees advance their careers and enhance the quality of their lives.
