The opportunity
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of TGO Strategy to lead the development of TGO strategy to realize a unified vision and achieve operations goals e.g., optimizing efficiency, productivity, and sustainability across all sites and regions. Supports integration of operations priorities into a single consistent roadmap aligned with global corporate strategy. Drives rigorous transformation execution to ensure sustainable growth and competitive advantage. Drives global network strategy to bring TGO to best in class manufacturing network. Reports to Global Head of TGO and is a member of the Global Operations Leadership Team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Interfaces with Teva Global Strategy and fosters engagement around TGO strategy and integrated goals.
- Leads the development of TGO strategy and coordinates with the OLT to build out TGO integrated execution roadmap.
- Articulates TGO strategic narrative to enable clear outcomes from strategic initiatives across the organization.
- Coordinates with other TGO teams to ensure that the strategic initiatives are appropriately coordinated, and strategic targets can be met (feasibility check).
- Ensures adequate time is spent on strategy development, execution and impact assessment working closely with TGO Chief of Staff.
- Establishes and oversees PMO to ensure effective management and execution of strategic projects and monitors progress for strategic initiatives desired impact.
- Develops vision for best-in-class Network strategy and defines network transformation roadmap.
Key Responsibilities cont.
- Keeps track on macro-economics, geopolitical, environment, regulatory evolutions in the Pharma industry and beyond. Provides competitive intelligence as needed and coordinates with other functional evaluations.
- Monitors industry trends and impact of new technology / Ai/sustainability, coordinates benchmarks and shares best practices to be incorporated into TGO strategy.
- Works closely with finance to understand the impact of strategy and transformation programs on TGO P&L.
- Act as TGO central point of contact for any business development related activities.
- Oversee risk management in order to enable strategic TGO decision making.
Your experience and qualifications
- 20+ years of professional experience in strategic development and Pharma operations or equivalent. Global work experience is essential.
- Strong operations background with deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry.
- BA in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and change management skills.
- Proven ability to drive transformational change in a large, complex, and matrixed organization.
- Experience in project management, strategic planning, and financial analysis.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, navigating ambiguity with critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
