Luxury Marketing Specialist
Market Location: NY, NJ and PA
Position Overview: The Luxury Marketing Specialist (LMS) supports initiatives set by the Coldwell Banker Luxury Marketing team and the Coldwell Banker Global Luxury® senior leadership team. This role involves project management, production of program and agent-focused assets, and overall program growth and promotion. The LMS supports key marketing objectives, ensuring that the company and agents' brand image is well represented within the framework of the brand, brokerage, Coldwell Banker Global Luxury® program, and Core 4.
This role is remote; however, the ideal candidate will reside in NY, NJ or PA and will be required to travel to offices on a regular basis in NY, NJ and PA. This role will provide project support to other locations as needed including MN, MO and OH.
Responsibilities:
- Program Engagement and Awareness: Communicate the Coldwell Banker Global Luxury® program offerings, deliver benefits, and promote the luxury certification designation. Collect and share top agent success stories and effective practices.
- Support to Independent Sales Associates: Work alongside the Luxury Marketing Manager (LMM) to support top independent sales associates with their marketing needs. Provide high-level support through meetings, training, and communication. Track and report project activities, share marketing trends, and provide strategic support for recruiting and retention activities.
- Local Operating Company & Senior Leadership Support: Serve as a liaison to the LMM and local management team, providing marketing resources and support. Participate in VIP agent recruiting, business development, and agent retention efforts.
- Creative Projects Management: Consult with the LMM and LMDs to support local and national luxury marketing needs. Engage the national Studio and Design Concierge Teams to manage creative projects and establish cohesion throughout the network.
- Awareness, Communications, and Events: Implement and support company and agent awareness of the program, coordinate promotional assets for events, and stay informed about marketing-related tools and resources.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in marketing, creative agency, or communications (field marketing preferred).
- Strong presentation, writing, and public-speaking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and basic understanding of graphic design software (InDesign, Adobe Creative Cloud).
- Basic understanding of paid social media campaign development.
- Ability to work from home and effectively prioritize tasks.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with employees and agents.
- Ability to travel to local branch offices, regional meetings, and other company- related events as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Prior real estate industry experience.
- Strong project management skills.
- Experience working in a multi-functional and multi-location environment.
