You will drive change management for the North America implementation of one of the largest transformations within Mondelēz, ensuring changes get embraced, adopted, and sustained.
SAP S/4HANA and o9 Planning Transformation is a multiyear journey and provides a significant opportunity to transform and optimize business capabilities in service of our Vision 2030. Mondelēz is proceeding with a selective transformation approach, which means reviewing processes for opportunities to harmonize them, improve user interfaces, creating a digital core of systems that talk to each other, and more.
- Role will be a hybrid setting of 2-3 days in our East Hanover, New Jersey or Chicago offices preferred. Open to candidates in the New York City metro area.
How you will contribute*
- Act as a change partner and be accountable for the implementation of the o9 workstream in North America
- Act as a change partner and be accountable for change management of your workstream.
- Work with leaders to create a compelling change story and case for change.
- Develop and execute change management strategies and plans.
- Identify and assess the change impacts to the organization.
- Define, design, and execute strategic change management interventions.
- Support building change management capability and coach project stakeholders
- Measure and monitor the ongoing effectiveness of change and transformation strategies.
What you will bring
- 7+ years' experience managing change initiatives in a global corporate environment.
- Experience managing and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Knowledge, experience, and exposure to best practices in change management
- Creativity and experience using latest communication and learning tools.
- A passion for change and not afraid to roll up your sleeves.
- SAP S4/HANA implementation exposure highly preferred
- Exposure to supply and demand planning highly preferred
Education/Certification
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources management, communications, or other relevant area
- Change management certification preferred.
