If you're ready to make an impact, drive innovation, and build a brighter future for transportation, we invite you to explore this exciting opportunity with us.<font class="bold">Responsibilities & Qualifications</font><div><b><span>Responsibilities:</span></b></div><ul><li><span><span>Spearhead highway design projects and develop comprehensive contract documents.</span></span><span></span></li><li><span><span>Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to engineers and technical staff.</span></span><span></span></li><li><span><span>Collaborate with project managers and the unit manager to define project scopes.</span></span><span></span></li><li><span>Where required, </span><span><span>operate as Deputy Project Manager</span></span> in support of Project Management team, providing insight into progress for client groups.</li><li><span><span>Create detailed production work plans and schedules.</span></span><span></span></li><li><span><span>Develop precise contract specifications and bid estimates.</span></span><span></span></li><li><span><span>Implement robust Quality Assurance/Quality Control procedures.</span></span><span></span></li><li><span><span>Ensure all projects adhere to the highest codes and standards.</span></span><span></span></li><li><span><span>Train and mentor staff, fostering growth and excellence.</span></span><span></span></li></ul><div><b><span>Qualifications:</span></b></div><ul><li><span><span>Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering</span><span>.</span></span><span></span></li><li><span><span>Significant, demonstrable</span><span> of experience in Highway Design.</span></span><span></span></li><li><span><span>PE license</span><span> is </span><span>required</span><span> (New Jersey license</span><span> preferred</span><span>)</span><span>.</span></span><span></span></li><li><span><span>Proficiency</span><span> in MicroStation & InRoads is required.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Strong skills in Microsoft Office, Acrobat/Bluebeam, 3D Modeling, and other engineering software.</span></span><span></span></li><li><span><span>Experience working in collaboration with New Jersey Department of Transportation (NJDOT) and/ or New Jersey Turnpike Authority (NJTA) is strongly prefe</span><span>rred.</span></span><span></span></li><li><span><span>Client-focused, dedicated to providing top-tier solutions.</span></span><span></span></li><li><span>
