Job Description
Responsibilities
- Supports research studies dedicated to pediatric bone health
- Work in pediatric orthopedic office to develop and produce clinically relevant research projects which include literature search, writing papers, recording surgical footage, and video editing for video abstracts
- Shadowing Doctors in a clinical setting
- Interact with pediatric patients
- Help with the planning and organization of Fund-Raising events
- Applicants must be currently enrolled in a full-time accredited public or private College/University
- Be in good academic standing
- Work 37.5 hours per week and commit to a minimum of 375 hours for the duration of the internship
- Must be committed to completing the duration of the internship from June 2025 - August 2025
- Film making and editing experience strongly preferred
- US Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Video editing and filming abilities
- Preferred coursework: Biology, Health Sciences, Pre-Med, Nursing, Pharma Research
