Compas Driving School is a state-licensed driving school absed in Boonton , NJ. We offer defensive driving lessons for people of all ages, training safe and knowledgable drivers. We have specialized programs for 16-teen year olds, adults, and students with special needs. We also offer knowledge test for 16-teen year olds in our office. Our driving school has 5-stars on Google and we strive to provide the best quality driving education.

Compas is looking to expand and we are eager to hire new driving instructors. We are looking for responsible, punctual individuals 21 years of age and older with a clean, valid NJ Driver’s License (3 years or more). Good English language skills and the ability to communicate effectively with our diverse student base are essential. Excellent people skills are a must.
